SUMMARY

Full-stack engineer with 5+ years building and shipping production web platforms.     Global-mobility platform: cross-border work-trip compliance across 100+ country rule sets, covering A1 certificates, posted-worker declarations, certificates of coverage, and EU/EFTA rules.

    • Work on rhome’s compliance assessment engine, the core that evaluates every cross-border trip against per-country rules and produces the A1, posted-worker, and certificate-of-coverage outcomes the whole product is built on.
    • Build full-stack features around the engine across a Vue 3 + TypeScript frontend and a Python/Flask backend on PostgreSQL, including the statistics and approval flows on top of it.
    • Refactored core account and configuration access onto a layered service architecture (resource → controller → service → repository), test-first with characterization tests that lock behaviour before changing it.
    • Improved observability: moved logging onto a central structured logger with consistent event names and structured fields, and use the Loki and Grafana stack to monitor a weekly release cycle and debug production issues against real data.
    • Work agent-first with Claude Code across both feature work and larger refactors.
